LXP Industrial Trust Q4 Adjusted FFO Declines, Revenue Rises; 2025 Outlook Set

06:37 AM EST, 02/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- LXP Industrial Trust ( LXP ) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted funds from operations Thursday of $0.16 per diluted share, down from $0.17 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.14.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2024, was $100.9 million, up from $83.0 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $80.6 million.

For the full year, the company expects adjusted FFO per diluted common share to be in the range of $0.61 to $0.65.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.64.
