09:10 AM EST, 11/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lyft ( LYFT ) and Curb, a ride-hailing platform for licensed taxis, said Monday they have formed a partnership to connect Lyft ( LYFT ) riders with Curb's network of drivers through an integration with the Curb Flow platform.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Curb Flow will introduce its first partnership with Lyft ( LYFT ) in Los Angeles later this month followed by more cities in the near future, the companies said.
The deal is meant to provide drivers with more trips and provide riders with greater access to licensed taxis through the Lyft ( LYFT ) app, the companies said.
Curb Flow combines ride requests from apps, dispatchers, and street hails into a one platform, the companies said.
Lyft ( LYFT ) shares were up 1.9% in recent premarket activity.
