12:45 PM EDT, 07/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lyft ( LYFT ) said Tuesday it has launched ride-hailing services across Puerto Rico, expanding access to on-demand transportation for residents and visitors.

The company is offering riders in Puerto Rico a special launch offer, with new riders getting 50% off their first 5 rides in their first two weeks.

The company opened applications for Puerto Rico drivers in May.

Share of Lyft ( LYFT ) were up 2.6% in Tuesday trading.
