05:30 PM EDT, 05/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Lyft ( LYFT ) reported a Q1 net loss late Tuesday of $0.08 per diluted share, narrowing from a loss of $0.50 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected a loss of $0.16.
Revenue for the quarter that ended March 31 was $1.28 billion, up from $1.00 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.16 billion.
The company said it expects Q2 gross bookings of $4.0 billion to $4.1 billion.
Company shares climbed nearly 5% in recent after-hours activity.
