09:36 AM EDT, 05/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- LyondellBasell Industries ( LYB ) said Thursday it has completed the acquisition of a 35% stake in Saudi Arabia-based National Petrochemical Industrial Co. from Alujain Corp.

Lyondell said the deal was worth around $500 million when it was announced in January.
