LyondellBasell Industries to Acquire Recycling Technology Company APK AG

08:26 AM EDT, 08/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- LyondellBasell Industries ( LYB ) said Thursday it has agreed to acquire Germany-based APK AG to expand its recycling technology portfolio.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The company said that it previously invested in the recycling technology produced by APK, which became insolvent in May.
