05:47 PM EST, 11/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- LyondellBasell Industries ( LYB ) said late Monday its LYB International Finance III subsidiary has priced a public offering of $500 million of 5.125% guaranteed notes due 2031 and $1 billion of 5.875% guaranteed notes due 2036.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, the company said. It expects to close the offering Nov. 13.
