05:39 PM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- M3-Brigade Acquisition VI ( MBVIU ) said late Thursday it has closed its initial public offering of 34.5 million units at $10 apiece, raising $345 million.

The blank check company said the closing included the full exercise of an over-allotment option. Each unit consists of one Class A share and one-third of one redeemable public warrant.

The units began trading on Nasdaq on Aug. 27.
