09:57 AM EDT, 09/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Mach Natural Resources ( MNR ) said Wednesday it launched a public offering of about 7.9 million common shares representing limited partner interests in the company.

The underwriters will be given an option to buy up to an additional 1.2 million common shares at the public offering price, Mach said.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds for general partnership purposes and to fund its two pending acquisitions of certain oil and gas assets in Kansas and Oklahoma.
