04:00 AM EST, 11/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mach Natural Resources ( MNR ) reported a Q3 Loss late Thursday of $0.28 per diluted unit, swinging from earnings of $0.70 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected earnings of $0.34.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $272.6 million, compared with $255.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of $249.7 million.

Shares of the company were up nearly 4% in Thursday's premarket activity.
