06:53 AM EDT, 09/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Dow (DOW) and Macquarie Asset Management said Monday that the latter has raised its minority ownership in Dow's Diamond Infrastructure Solutions to 49%.

Macquarie said its infrastructure fund, Macquarie Infrastructure Partners, acquired the additional stake for $540 million. It previously held a 40% ownership in Diamond Infrastructure.

The total proceeds from the investment are roughly $3 billion, the parties said.
