05:43 PM EDT, 04/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Madison Air Solutions ( MAIR ) priced its initial public offering of about 82.7 million class A common shares at $27 each.
Underwriters have a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 12.4 million Class A shares, the company said Wednesday in a statement.
The shares are expected to start trading Thursday on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker MAIR, with the offering expected to close Friday.
Madison Air also agreed to sell $100 million of Class B shares in a concurrent private placement to an entity controlled by founder Larry Gies at a price equal to the IPO price.
