08:30 AM EDT, 09/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Magna (MG.TO, MGA), one of the world's largest automotive suppliers, Thursday named Philip D. Fracassa executive vice president and chief financial officer, succeeding Patrick McCann, who will step down after more than 26 years with the company.
Fracassa joins Magna from The Timken Company , where he spent 20 years and served as executive vice president and chief financial officer since 2014.
U.S.-listed shares were recently up 0.5% at $46.00 in pre-market trading.
