Magna International Has Underwriting Agreement for $400 Million Offering of 2029 Notes

05:38 PM EST, 03/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Magna International ( MGA ) said late Tuesday it entered into an underwriting agreement related to a $400 million offering of 5.05% senior unsecured notes due March 2029.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including repayment of debt.

The offering is expected to close March 14.

Price: 53.79, Change: -0.28, Percent Change: -0.52
