12:02 PM EDT, 06/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Magna Mining ( MGMNF ) on Tuesday released additional diamond-drilling results at Crean Hill and provided an update on the surface advanced exploration bulk sampling in the 109 Footwall Zone.
Among the highlights from 109 FW Zone, the company said MCR-24-077 returned 0.2% nickel, 0.2% copper, 18.2 g/t platinum + palladium + gold over 15 meters.
From 109 FW Zone Surface Sample, MCB-24-037 returned 0.4% nickel, 0.5% copper, 34.3 g/t platinum + palladium + gold over 4.1 meters; and MCB-24-042 returned 0.2% Ni, 0.1 % Cu, 13.8 g/t platinum + palladium + gold over 2.5 meters.
Among other results, MCR-24-052 returned 0.8% nickel, 2.9% copper, 5.9 g/t platinum + palladium + gold over 3.1 meters; and MCR-24-053 returned 0.1% nickel, 0.2% copper, 8.3 g/t platinum + palladium + gold over 6.8 meters.
Further, Magna will mobilize equipment in preparation for the surface advanced exploration work at Crean Hill in the coming days and will extract about 20,000 tonnes of bulk sample material from the 109 FW Zone in the third quarter.
Magna expects to receive revenues from the surface bulk sample within six months of processing the bulk sample.
The company's shares were last seen down $0.03 to $0.70 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
