05:40 AM EDT, 09/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Magnite ( MGNI ) said late Wednesday it has repriced its senior secured term loan facility due February 2031, reducing the interest rate by 75 basis points to 3.75% on top of the term secured overnight financing rate.

All other terms of the term loan are substantially unchanged, the company said.
