07:29 AM EDT, 10/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Main Street Capital ( MAIN ) said Wednesday that it recently completed a $41.4 million new portfolio investment for the minority recapitalization of Canada's Connect Telecommunications Solutions.

The company said its investment includes a combination of first-lien, senior secured term debt and a direct equity investment.

According to Main Street, it partnered with the founders of Connect Telecommunications Solutions to facilitate the transaction.
