07:50 AM EDT, 09/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Main Street Capital ( MAIN ) said Tuesday it completed a portfolio investment reaching $45 million to facilitate the minority recapitalization of an undisclosed specialty aircraft distributor.

Main Street investment said its investment includes a combination of first lien, senior secured debt and a direct minority equity investment.

According to Main Street, the company has its headquarters in the southeastern US and is an "industry-leading" specialized aircraft distributor, parts supplier and maintenance provider.
