09:05 AM EDT, 06/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Main Street Capital ( MAIN ) said Wednesday that it has completed an investment of $45.4 million in a recapitalization deal for an unidentified aerial survey and geospatial services company.

The investment includes senior secured debt and an equity stake, Main Street said.

Main Street said it has also issued a revolving credit facility to support that company's operational and growth plans, which include expanding its fleet and equipment and pursuing acquisitions.
