Main Street Capital Invests Additional $15.6 million in UBM ParentCo

09:05 AM EDT, 04/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Main Street Capital ( MAIN ) said Tuesday it recently invested an additional $15.6 million in UBM ParentCo, one of its existing portfolio companies.

The company said it made the follow-on investment along with MSC Income Fund ( MSIF ) to aid UBM ParentCo's acquisition of an unnamed company that provides asset-light palletized mail consolidation, freight brokerage and warehousing and distribution.

Main Street said its portion of the investment consist of an additional $15.6 million first lien, senior secured term debt investment.
