09:45 AM EDT, 06/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Main Street Capital ( MAIN ) said Tuesday it has completed a portfolio investment of $36.9 million to back the buyout of Nello Industries.

The investment includes a mix of first lien, term debt, and a direct equity investment, Main Street said.

Main Street also said it has exited its debt investments and partially exited its equity investments in a lower middle market portfolio company. Main Street said it has realized a gain of $10.4 million on the sale of the company's assets, including a minority stake in the buyer of the company's assets.
