Main Street Capital Prices Public Offering of $350 Million of Notes

05:59 PM EDT, 08/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Main Street Capital ( MAIN ) said Wednesday it priced a $350 million underwritten public offering of 5.40% notes due August 15, 2028.

The company said proceeds will be used to repay outstanding indebtedness on its revolving credit facilities.

The offering is expected to close on August 15.
