12:32 PM EDT, 08/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Main Street Capital ( MAIN ) said Thursday it promoted Ryan R. Nelson to the position of chief financial officer.

Nelson replaces Jesse Morris who will continue serving as Main Street's chief operating officer, the company said.

Meanwhile, Main Street tapped Ryan McHugh to take over Nelson's role as chief accounting officer of the company.

The changes are effective Monday, according to the company.
