10:08 AM EDT, 09/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Maison Solutions ( MSS ) said Monday it will issue up to $70 million of convertible notes in a private placement as it aims to launch Worldcoin digital asset treasury.

Worldcoin is the native token of World Network, a project developed by a technology company called Tools for Humanity, the company said.

Maison Solutions ( MSS ) said it intends to explore joining the World Network and deploy Orb devices in select grocery store locations.

Shares of the company were up more than 155% in recent trading.
