Malibu Boats Names David Black as CFO

07:32 AM EST, 11/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Malibu Boats ( MBUU ) said Thursday it has appointed David Black as chief financial officer, effective immediately.

Black, who served as interim CFO from April 2023 to November 2023, has since then been the company's finance vice president. He succeeds Bruce W. Beckman, whose resignation became effective Wednesday.

The company also reiterated its fiscal 2026 guidance for net sales to be flat to lower by mid-single digits percentage points, compared with fiscal 2025.
