The offering is likely to close on or about Wednesday, the company said.

Mama's Creations also laid out it fiscal Q2 guidance and said it expected revenue growth of at least 20% to at least $34 million and net income of at least $1.2 million. Four analysts polled by FactSet expect Q2 topline of $33.2 million.

Shares of the company were up over 5% in recent activity.
