WASHINGTON, Dec 9 (Reuters) - A man detained in the

fatal shooting of the UnitedHealthcare CEO was found with a

manifesto that criticized health care companies for putting

profits above care, the New York Times reported on Monday,

citing a senior law enforcement official.
