Mangoceuticals Files $150 Million Mixed Shelf

04:51 PM EDT, 06/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mangoceuticals ( MGRX ) on Friday filed a shelf registration statement for the potential sale of up to $150 million of its securities from time to time.

The filing covers common stock, preferred stock, debt securities, warrants, and units.

Net proceeds from the potential sale will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, the company said.
