04:15 PM EDT, 10/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Manhattan Associates ( MANH ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $1.35 per diluted share, up from $1.05 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.06.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $266.7 million, up from $238.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $263.2 million.

The company said it expects 2024 adjusted EPS of between $4.60 and $4.62 and revenue to be between $1.039 billion and $1.041 billion. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $4.28 and $1.04 billion.

The previous guidance was for adjusted EPS to be between $4.22 and $4.30 and revenue of $1.036 billion to $1.044 billion.

Shares of the company fell 9% in recent after-hours activity.
