04:47 PM EDT, 10/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Manhattan Associates ( MANH ) posted Q3 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $1.36 per diluted share, up from $1.35 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.19.
Revenue for the quarter ended Sep. 30 was $275.8 million, up from $266.7 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $271.8 million.
For 2025, the company now expects adjusted EPS of $4.95 to $4.97 and revenue of $1.073 billion to $1.077 billion.
Its previous guidance was for adjusted EPS of $4.76 to $4.84 on revenue of $1.071 billion to $1.075 billion. Analysts expected adjusted EPS of $4.83 on revenue of $1.074 billion.
Separately, the firm said it has appointed Greg Betz as chief operating officer. Betz most recently led Microsoft FastTrack.
