Manhattan Associates' Q4 Adjusted EPS, Revenue Rise; Issues Guidance; Shares Fall After-Hours

04:28 PM EST, 01/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Manhattan Associates ( MANH ) late Tuesday reported Q4 non-GAAP adjusted net income of $1.17 per share, up from $1.03 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.06.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $255.8 million, up from $238.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $253.1 million.

The company said it expects 2025 adjusted EPS of $4.45 to $4.55 on revenue of $1.06 billion to $1.07 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $4.92 and $1.14 billion, respectively.

The shares were down about 20% in after-hours activity.
