08:28 AM EDT, 08/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Manitex International ( MNTX ) said Friday it has made a North American dealership agreement with Bruckner's Truck & Equipment.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the deal, Bruckner's will sell and service Manitex ( MNTX ) equipment through a network of 40 sites in eight states. Bruckner's will become an authorized dealer certified to service all Manitex ( MNTX ) products.

Manitex ( MNTX ) Chief Executive Michael Coffey said the deal "will significantly expand" distribution of its products in the Midwest and Southwest.
