04:16 AM EDT, 09/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Manitex International ( MNTX ) said late Monday it signed a dealership agreement with First Fleet Truck Sales as part of its strategy to expand the sales of its European products in North America.

The company said it continues to "pursue other dealer appointments to address under-served markets in North America."

Financial terms of the agreement weren't disclosed.
