Manitex International to Go Private in $223 Million Tadano Merger

08:58 AM EDT, 09/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Manitex International ( MNTX ) said Thursday it has agreed to be bought by Tadano in an all-cash deal valued at $223 million, or $5.80 per share.

Upon the completion of the deal, which is expected in Q1 2025, Manitex ( MNTX ) stock will no longer trade publicly, the company said.
