04:56 PM EDT, 03/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- MannKind ( MNKD ) said late Tuesday that its Chief Financial Officer Steven Binder will retire from his position as CFO, effective April 22, and plans to remain at the firm through the end of the year as executive vice president, special projects.

The company said it has appointed Christopher Prentiss as chief financial officer, effective April 22. It added that Prentiss served as the CFO of ADARx Pharmaceuticals since September 2022.
