Manulife Financial Target Increased to $52, at BMO

01:02 PM EST, 02/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BMO has increased its one year target on Manulife Financial ( MFC ) by $2, to $52, after its fourth-quarter beat.

Analyst Tom MacKinnon writes that fourth-quarter positives include strong Asia sales, better new business CSM growth, and better remittances ($7 billion, which, netting $0.75 billion reinsurance transaction capital free-up, equates to "impressive" 90% of 2024 core earnings).

Maintain Outperform.
