MapLight Therapeutics Launches Initial Public Offering

03:01 PM EDT, 10/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- MapLight Therapeutics said late Monday it has started an initial public offering of 14.75 million shares at $17.00 per share.

The clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company said underwriters have a 30-day option to buy up to about 2.21 additional shares.

The company said it has applied for listing on the Nasdaq Global Market under the "MPLT" symbol.

MapLight also reported a planned sale of 476,707 shares in a private placement to affiliates of Goldman Sachs.
