10:41 AM EDT, 06/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Maravai Lifesciences' ( MRVI ) TriLink BioTechnologies unit said Tuesday it has signed a license and supply deal with Quantoom Biosciences for CleanCap mRNA capping technology.

Quantoom will now have access to the capping technology for integration in its Ntensify mRNA production platform to speed up the RNA production process, the company said.

Maravai stock was about 3% higher in recent trading.
