Marcus & Millichap Brokers $94.5 Million Sale of Multifamily Portfolio in New York City

03:23 AM EST, 12/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Marcus & Millichap ( MMI ) said Tuesday it brokered the sale of a 13-property multifamily portfolio in New York City for a price of $94.5 million.

The company represented the seller, BlackSpruce Management, and procured the buyer for the transaction in the Chelsea neighborhood, it said.
