05:11 PM EDT, 07/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Marcus & Millichap ( MMI ) said Tuesday Butler Brothers Hospitality Group sold a 274-room hotel in Dallas, Texas, to a joint venture between Lowen Hospitality and Vashee and Associates.

TownePlace Suites and Fairfield Inn and Suites Dallas Downtown is in the Butler Brothers Building and the seller will retain 237 apartments and the 20,000 square feet of commercial space in the building, according to Marcus & Millichap ( MMI ).

Marcus & Millichap ( MMI ) represented the seller and procured the buyers, the company added.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
