Marcus & Millichap Reports Sale of $101 Million Hotel Portfolio

04:40 AM EDT, 10/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Marcus & Millichap ( MMI ) said late Monday that it facilitated the sale of an 11-property Courtyard Hotel portfolio for $101 million.

The commercial real estate brokerage firm said the portfolio was spread across Illinois, Ohio, Alabama, Arkansas, Virginia, Kentucky, and Oklahoma.
