03:39 AM EST, 12/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Marcus & Millichap's ( MMI ) Institutional Property Advisors division said late Wednesday it brokered the sale of a 468-unit multifamily property in Santa Clara, California, for about $203.2 million.

The company also secured $127.8 million of agency financing on behalf of the buyer, Interstate Equities Corporation.
