07:30 AM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Marex Group ( MRX ) said Tuesday it has completed the acquisition of foreign exchange specialist Hamilton Court.

The acquisition expands Marex's ( MRX ) foreign exchange services, brings new capabilities onto the platform, and adds around 170 employees across London, Milan, Madrid and Toronto to Marex ( MRX ), the company said.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
