Marex Group Shares Rise After IPO

12:59 PM EDT, 04/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Marex Group's (MRX) shares were up 2.2% in recent Thursday trading after the UK-based financial services company raised approximately $292.3 million in an initial public offering.

The company priced its IPO of nearly 15.4 million shares at $19 each. The offering is expected to close on Monday.
