08:14 AM EDT, 07/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Marimaca Copper ( MARIF ) on Tuesday highlighted results from channel sampling completed at the Mercedes target, located about 400 meters to 1,000 meters north of the Marimaca Oxide Deposit.

Among the highlights, samples were collected in 2-meter intervals across the newly developed road infrastructure.

The company reported 168 meters @ 0.26% CuT; 122 meters @ 0.20% CuT; and 12 meters at 0.50% CuT within a broader zone of 34 meters at 0.24% CuT.

Drilling program will focus on testing directions near-perpendicular to key structures, the company said.
