04:40 PM EDT, 06/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Marin Software ( MRIN ) said late Friday it received a notice from Nasdaq over its share delisting from the exchange after failing to timely file all required periodic reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Marin said trading of its stock will be suspended June 26.

The company said it has plan to appeal the decision.
