MarineMax Finalizes Purchase of Shelter Bay Marine

08:57 AM EST, 03/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- MarineMax ( HZO ) said Thursday that it has completed its acquisition of Shelter Bay Marine, a marina and storage facility in Marathon, Florida.

The company said it expects the acquisition to be accretive in the first full year of operations.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
