Maritime Resources Upsizes Previously Announced Private Placement to $20 Million

01:23 PM EDT, 03/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Maritime Resources ( MRTMF ) on Thursday said it is upsizing a previously announced best-efforts private placement offering of share units to $20 million from its prior $15-million target.

The company will now issue up to 266.7-million units priced at at $0.075 each and made up of a share and one half of a two-year warrant to buy a second share for $0.12.

Proceeds will be used for exploration and development, and general working capital purposes.

Shares of the company were last seen up $0.005 to $0.085 on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Price: 0.09, Change: +0.01, Percent Change: +6.25
