05:03 AM EDT, 06/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Markel Group's ( MKL ) Markel Insurance said Monday it has completed its acquisition of marine-focused managing general agent Meco Group after receiving regulatory approvals.

The company said the acquired business will trade as Meco Specialty as part of the specialty division of Markel International's wholesale operation.
