Markel Group Vice Chair Anthony Markel to Retire

08:34 AM EDT, 03/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Markel Group ( MKL ) said Monday that Anthony F. Markel will not stand for re-election as vice chairman of the board.

The company said Markel will retire as board director and continue as chairman emeritus after Markel Group's ( MKL ) annual meeting in May.
